Completion of a related Bachelor’s degree or advanced training/certification in Adult Education or Change Management.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a PeopleSoft or other HR Management System. Demonstrated ability to prepare training materials as well as system documentation and procedures, and process maps. Ability to understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Strong attention to detail focusing on being thorough and accurate. Demonstrated group presentation and group facilitation skills required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required. Availability to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resources or Training / Change Management administration, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Working knowledge of web creation software is preferred. Experience with Adobe Captivate and online learning management systems an asset. Technical writing experience an asset. Knowledge of Collective Agreements.
