Required Qualifications:

Bachelor level degree in business, health services administration, adult education, health care profession or related area preferred. Comparable experience may be considered. A minimum of five years relevant experience within a healthcare environment. Experience in quality process improvement or risk management preferred. Expert working familiarity with FACT functionality and Patient Relations Business Processes preferred. Demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively at all corporate levels, across the organization and within a individual portfolios and departments. Expert ability to communicate including interpersonal, verbal and written skills. Strong presentation skills and the ability to facilitate meetings. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement adult education resources and strategies at all levels of the organization. Advanced ability to extract and analyze data and/or information and clearly present to a variety of audiences. Strong technical skills to support use of Microsoft Office Suite & web based meeting and education methods. Demonstrated ability to plan, set and accomplish multiple objectives. Attentiveness to detail, exhibiting self-direction, high degree of independence, judgment and discretion. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proven ability to use evidence/data in support of process redesign. Demonstrated leadership skills and passion to drive improvement and change.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to analyze situations, think critically and give constructive feedback to others. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively in a team environment including facilitation, negotiation and conflict resolution. Ability to define, track and motivate teams to achieve outcomes. Project management skills with the ability to successfully deliver outcomes in a timely and thorough manner.
