Active registration with CARNA or relevant accredited licensing body is required. 4-5 years of progressive leadership experience in a Health Care environment, including experience in a management role.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Proven ability to effectively lead teams. Experienced and successful communicator. Self-directed and independent approach to completing tasks as well as the ability to work well within a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of a post-secondary university degree or diploma in Nursing preferred.
