Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:3-5 years experience working with Adolescents and/or Emerging Adults in a Mental Health Program. Demonstrated knowledge of DSM V required. Experience with Addictions and Concurrent disorder trained. Experience working with Parents of Adolescents and Emerging Adults required. Demonstrated knowledge of Community and Health Care resources required. Demonstrated Clinical skills in assessment, intervention, system navigation and case management required. Experience working as a member of a team required. Knowledge of Community and external services in the Calgary area required. DBT skills required. Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills required.
Preferred Qualifications:Collaborative Problem Solving Skills trained preferred. Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service experience an asset. Experience working in intensive settings in Mental Health preferred. Connect trained preferred. Brain Story certification preferred. Trauma-informed training preferred.
