Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience working in a health care or community setting. Minimum 1 year working with clients or patients who experience substance use disorders and/or homelessness.

Preferred Qualifications:

Current BCLS. Connect Care training completion. Recent experience in acute care. Recent experience working with community agencies in Calgary for housing, income and identification purposes. Recent experience working with marginalized populations. Ability to form relationships with both community partners for both health and social needs.
