Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:Strong interpersonal, interdisciplinary, communication, and teamwork skills. Experience navigating situations involving ethics and ethical decision-making. Demonstrated expertise with community resources and resource mapping. 5+ years of counseling and mental health work experience, specifically in the areas of substance use and risk management. Expertise in community housing and navigation required.
Preferred Qualifications:Healthcare and hospital experience is preferred. Experience in a rehabilitation setting is an asset. Connect Care is an asset. Experience with research, program development and evaluation is preferred.
