Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of three years of professional social work experience is required. Ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience working in a medical context/setting is preferred. Previous experience working with seniors and their supporters is preferred. Knowledge of community and government resources. Understanding and knowledge of Alternate decision-making legislation. Knowledge of Connect care or EPIC considered an asset.
