Required Qualifications:

Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2-5 years experience working in child health or comparable experience in a related field. Time management and prioritization skills, with a demonstrated ability to function effectively within a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment. Self-directed and independent decision making, sound clinical judgment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Embraces teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:

Creative, innovative, solutions focused to manage complexity. Team player who can also work independently. Experience with program development. Experience working in a rural setting.
