Completion of bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience working directly in ServiceNow as a Developer A University Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus Proficiency in ServiceNow administration and development Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders Working knowledge of designing, maintaining, and optimizing HRSD applications on the ServiceNow platform Proficient in configuring and Managing HR criteria, document templates, and HR Profiles Experience in defining and managing HR Services, Categories, HR Service Catalogs, Catalog items, and Lifecycle Events Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices
