Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Must have recent and regular (within 6 months) dialysis service worker experience. Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40lbs (18kg). Demonstrates good communication skills, able to read, write and speak English fluently. Demonstrates ability to work as a team, under supervision, or independently. Must demonstrate a high degree of motivation and organizational skills. Have the ability to work under supervision and independently, and to work in an actively paced area. Must be able to adapt to frequent interruptions and changes in activity.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous training and/or experience transporting patients in a health care institution. Familiarity with hemodialysis equipment and supplies. Supply chain management experience.
