Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in a health care discipline is required. Experience managing projects or leading initiatives is required. In-depth knowledge at the expert level of the theory and application of patient safety and quality improvement principles, reviews, processes, and tools is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities. Experience and ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities at the same time. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Master's degree is preferred.
