Required Qualifications:

Masters or Graduate Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Health Care Management, Business Administration or related field. 5-7 years senior management experience in a complex public or private organization. The ability to communicate effectively with all types of audiences, both verbally and written as well as the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including clinicians, with the capability to inspire confidence with key partners. The ability to effectively and enthusiastically communicate AHS's major capital project goals to others and demonstrate soundness of judgment. Evidence of consistently delivering organizational objectives through working in partnerships, joint ventures or collaboration with others, and of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse and occasionally divergent set of stakeholders (e.g. senior leadership teams, clinicians and Government). A clear strategic vision for capital planning, a proven track record of broad operational management experience and evidence of leading successful change in large health organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP®) or Program Management Professional (PgMP®) designation is preferred.
