Master’s Degree in Health Related Field. Applicable professional licenses and designation. 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Wide scope of experience in clinical education. Knowledge of adult education principles and best practices. Strong knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation practices. Previous experience supporting new graduates transitioning into the health service workforce. Ability to manage human, financial and physical resources within an operating environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
Registered Nurse, Registered Psychiatric Nurse or Nurse Practitioner. Applicable licenses and designation. Practical experience in education program implementation. Project management expertise.
