A minimum of a Master’s degree with a Bachelor’s degree in a regulated health discipline and appropriate Alberta licensing and designation. Minimum years of experience of 5 years in healthcare - clinical - practice consultation, leadership, and/or professional development role in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. The incumbent will demonstrate a clear pattern of advanced professional and personal development. High level skill in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Project, Publisher, Skype, and SharePoint. Working knowledge of national and other provincial healthcare professional legislation, regulation, and standards. Practical experience in policy, procedure, protocol, and guideline development and education. Experience in planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of complex strategic local and provincial initiatives. Advanced knowledge and demonstrated application of project management and expert group facilitation. Proven ability to foster collaborative partnerships, build solid relationships, and achieve organizational goals with team members. Effective verbal and written communicator with strong organizational skills, client focused orientation and commitment to providing responsive, quality services.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience of using a clinical information system in clinical practice. Knowledge and experience in using Adobe Captivate to develop eLearning.
