Bachelor’s degree in a rehabilitation related healthcare discipline. Current registration with a health professional association. Five to seven years progressive experience in clinical settings, including experience and/or broad knowledge regarding car of patients with bone and joint health conditions and applicable treatment pathways. Demonstrated experience in quality improvement, outcome measurement, and change management. Excellent organization and communication skills. Leadership skills in coaching and mentoring staff regarding identification and implementation of clinical practices related to bone and joint health care. Combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in provincial initiatives is preferred. A Master’s degree in a health or leadership related discipline is an asset. Clinical experience in both the public and private health system is desired. Previous work leading initiatives with multi-disciplinary teams, physicians, and operations leadership is a strong asset. Project work focused on clinical knowledge translation, stakeholder engagement, education, and communication is preferred.
