Minimum of graduate degree in health care management, business administration or a related health care field. The incumbent will demonstrate a minimum of five years’ experience in senior-level health leadership experience and have a proven record of accomplishments, Board Director experience, Leadership experience in a tertiary level, research focused hospital.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Extensive experience in senior leadership of large and diverse range of functions in a health care setting. Successful record of achievement as a leader, including considerable leadership experience at a senior management level. Ability to creatively manage diverse human, financial and physical resources within a complex and dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to forge partnerships and to achieve organizational goals within a large, diverse organization and managing within a collective agreement. Strategic planning experience. Effective organizational and change management skills. Establishing positive and mutually beneficial relationships with the community and industry. Fostering a climate of cooperation amongst, and building solid relationships with public agencies, government agencies, boards, committees and other partners. Team membership and Team leadership skills. A clear pattern of professional, progressive and personal development.
