A level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a Business, Management or Engineering or Architectural Degree and with a minimum of ten (10) years healthcare experience in a leadership role.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to advance strategic initiatives and manage people and budgets. Superior interpersonal, communication, facilitation and leadership skills. Ability to set and accomplish objectives and manage expectations. Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for innovative, progressive thought. Proven ability to foster a collaborative, team approach to decision making. Capability to negotiate sustainable solutions that encompass zone needs within a provincial context, while being able to tactfully mediate solutions to complex stakeholder concerns, at all organizational levels both internally and externally. Minimum of ten (10) years healthcare experience or equivalent in a leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional designation with Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) or Alberta Association of Architects (AAA).
