Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, computer science, data science, statistics, healthcare informatics, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, data analytics, or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Python and/or R for complex data analyses and building predictive models. Proven experience with data collection, cleaning, and analysis. Experience and expertise using a variety of data science tools. Experience applying Machine Learning techniques to inform decision-making. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and situations into actionable insights and innovative process changes. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple projects concurrently.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Proven track record of providing strategic and actionable insights based on data analysis and advanced analytics. Proven experience in change management and process or workflow re-engineering.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in management analytics, healthcare informatics, data science, or related field. Prior experience in a healthcare setting, especially working closely with clinicians. Experience in clinical process improvement and clinical workflow transformation. Prior exposure to simulation tools like Simul8. Familiarity with Connect Care or a similar clinical information system. Familiarity with the latest developments in eHealth technologies.
