Required Qualifications:

Graduate degree in healthcare management, business administration or a related healthcare field. Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within a diverse health care organization with significant involvement with physicians, dentists, oral and maxillofacial surgeons or podiatrists .Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of legislation, regulation, and standards. Practical experience in policy, procedure, protocol, and guideline development and education. Experience in planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of complex strategic local and provincial initiatives. Effective oral and written communicator with strong organizational skills, client focused orientation and commitment to providing responsive, quality services. Proven ability to foster collaborative partnerships, build solid relationships, and achieve organizational goals with team members. High level skill in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Project, Skype, and SharePoint.
