Required Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Health Administration or equivalent education & experience. Minimum of 5 years management or lead experience in a health care environment. Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor staff. Ability to foster relationships and work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Experience leading teams. Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated expertise in project management and change management. Experience with developing business or program processes, policies and procedures. Proactive and ability to manage multiple priorities and competing demands. Strong ability to manage multiple assignments. Excellent consulting, advisory, problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to analyze situations and develop plans based on explicit principles. Ability to balance principle-based plans with situational (environmental and relationship) realities through appropriate use of flexibility and creativity. Ability to use good judgement and discretion with highly confidential and sensitive information. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, in particular Microsoft Excel. Advanced Excel skills with proven ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, conditional statements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Clinical Experience is an asset. Health economics analysis and/or Health technology assessment. PROSCI training.
