Required Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in health economics or economics with health background plus a minimum of 3 years’ experience undertaking economic analyses in a health related field. A minimum of 3 years in a health care organization of significant size, complexity and diversity.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Excellent knowledge of economic methodologies, approaches and analyses. Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects that involved multiple stakeholders. Ability to design clear procedures for collecting, cleaning and reporting data. Ability to conduct comprehensive searches of literature (academic and non-academic) and strong critical appraisal skills. Proven ability to collaborate with administrators, researchers and planners. Strong ability to plan, organize and manage short and long term plans and projects and deliver customer-focused results. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Strong skills working with economic modelling software such as TreeAge (other statistical software will be considered). Demonstrated ability to work well in a high-paced team setting and independently.


Preferred Qualifications:

A PhD degree is an asset. Healthcare experience an asset.
