A degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Education, Human Resources or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years leading the design, development and delivery of blended learning solutions for the organization. Experience with application of adult learning principles and appropriate instructional models, theories and best practices when designing, developing and evaluating eLearning and blended learning solutions. Ability to apply project management principles to design and develop learning strategies and solutions. Experience conducting needs assessment and evaluation of training needs. 2+ years developing creative SCORM compliant eLearning solutions. 2+ years in graphic design; knowledge of graphic design principles, layouts, color theory, user experience design. Experience with a Learning Management System functionality and requirements. Experience using authoring, design and publishing software (e.g., Adobe Captivate/Articulate Storyline/, Adobe Creative Suite, and web animation/presentation tools. Experience with research, analysis and integration of appropriate graphic elements in order to support identified instructional strategy and desired outcomes. Experience in creating visuals.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Experience with web-based animation, eLearning, and multi-modality content creation is required.
