A baccalaureate degree is required.
Additional Required Qualifications:
5 years minimum experience in a clinical role preferably associated with Lab, DI, or Pharmacy practice. 3 years of project management experience in a complex healthcare environment or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree preferred in a health-related area and/or business are of equivalent preparation. A combination of related experience and education may be considered. Formal training in project and/or change management methodologies an asset (ex-Project Management Professional PMP designation, PROSCI, Lean 6 Sigma, Alberta Improvement Way, etc.).
