Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g. Adult Education, Applied Behavioral Sciences, Organizational Development and Human Resources Management). Minimum of 5 years’ practical experience in organizational development, leadership and employee development, team and organizational effectiveness. Knowledge and expertise in adult learning theories, systems thinking, and program development. Strong knowledge of the process, principles, methodologies and practices of organizational effectiveness and change management. Strong experience writing learning and development strategic plans. Facilitation skills and experience. Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving and project management skills. In-depth understanding of use of evidence-based research for decision making and program development. Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills. Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s in a related field. Relevant certifications of CSTD, CACE, CCM, and PROSCI or other related field. Knowledge of training systems, including Learning Management Systems. Experience in an organization of significant size and complexity, and a good understanding of the health care industry.
