Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or a related field. 3-5 years’ experience working in a multi-union, multi-employer plan environment and/or experience in a Human Resources environment. Experience working within a unionized organization. Keen ability to assess options and implications of new ways to achieve outcomes and solutions. Strong influential skills, client-focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. Proven ability to forge strong and lasting relationships. A strong commitment to operating within a team environment and the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Knowledge and proficiency working with computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook Email.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of employee benefit and retirement programs. Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation would be an asset. Project Management Certification. Human Resource experience in a healthcare or public sector environment.
