Degree or Diploma in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related field. 5 years’ experience in a complex Human Resources environment. Proven relationship skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Experience with communications planning and project management. Experience creating content and campaigns for digital communications platforms including website development and social media. Knowledge and proficiency working with computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook Email).

Experience in health and or employee benefits industry is an asset.
