Your Opportunity:

Are you passionate about shaping how healthcare leaders and employees learn, grow, and lead? Are you energized by helping leaders, teams, and organizations grow stronger, navigate change, and build cultures of continuous improvement? Do you bring deep expertise in organizational behaviour, change management, and human dynamics — paired with the confidence to act as a trusted advisor in complex environments? If you're a skilled leadership consultant, coach, and advanced facilitator who thrives on building relationships and delivering impactful learning experiences, the Senior Advisor, Talent Development & Learning (Delivery) role may be the opportunity for you. Join a talented team of learning and development professionals dedicated to strengthening leader, team, and organizational effectiveness across the provincial healthcare system. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Development & Learning (Delivery), you'll partner with leaders to design tailored support interventions and facilitate formal learning courses and programs that drive meaningful change.

Description:

As Senior Advisor, you bring advanced expertise in leadership development, assessment, coaching, consulting, intervention design, and facilitation. As an internal organizational effectiveness consultant, you partner with leaders across the provincial healthcare system to align strategy, culture, people, and processes — navigating complexity with confidence as a trusted advisor and change agent. You're skilled at assessing organizational, leader, and team effectiveness using diagnostic tools, surveys, focus groups, interviews, and direct observation. You analyze structures, work processes, culture, communication patterns, decision-making, and employee engagement to surface meaningful improvement opportunities. You translate assessment findings into strategic, targeted interventions and action plans that strengthen leadership capability, workplace culture, and team performance. As an advanced facilitator, you cultivate trust and psychological safety to create brave, engaging learning experiences in meetings, sessions, and formal programs. Grounded in human-centered design and systems thinking, you collaborate with internal Centres of Excellence and partners to deliver customized client support. You build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and bring proven experience in designing and facilitating senior leadership retreats and strategic meetings that drive collaboration and alignment. You stay current on emerging trends and leading practices in learning and development, ensuring your work remains relevant, responsive, and aligned with the evolving needs of healthcare.
