Required Qualifications:

Degree in a health-related discipline, business, marketing or a related field. Progressive experience in the employee benefits industry and/or experience in a complex Human Resources environment. Keen ability to assess options and implications of new ways to achieve outcomes and solutions. Strong influential skills, client-focused orientation and commitment to providing quality services. Proven relationship skills. A strong commitment to operating within a team environment and the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Strong project management skills. Knowledge and proficiency working with computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook Email.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As Required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of employee benefit and retirement programs. Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation would be an asset. Human Resource experience in a healthcare or public sector environment.
