Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in Business, preferably with a specialization in Accounting. Charterted Professional Accounting (CPA) designation.


Additional Required Qualifications:

1) Three to five years post designation working in a large, complex organization. 2) Three to five years managerial or related experience. 3) Experience in compliance and risk management. 4) Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written. 5) Strong analytical and problem solving skills. 6) Knowledge of business operations and key internal processes. 7) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master of Business (MBA) and/or Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) is considered an asset.
