Minimum of 3 years' experience working directly in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo (Oracle Talent Management Suite), HRSmart, PeopleSoft eRecruit; providing configuration, and application support. A university degree in Business, Human Resources, BA Certificate, or the equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrated by progressively more responsible roles or positions is required. Minimum of 3 years’ HR Generalist/Recruitment experience in a large, complex, and unionized organization is required. Strong business and functional knowledge of Recruitment, HR and PeopleSoft are required.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated successful experience is required in: Conducting business requirements analysis activities. Developing impact analysis. Developing functional, application and process strategies, solutions and plans. Ability to develop and apply business and application testing, including unit and system testing. Assessing implementation readiness (organizational, application, support). Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and Visio. Excellent oral and written communication skills with great attention to detail. Ability to investigate and troubleshoot, present solutions, facilitate changes and analyze results. Ability to work independently and within a team. Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. Excellent leadership and negotiating skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in PeopleSoft would be an asset.
