Required Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Social Sciences, Epidemiology/Public Health, Community Health Sciences, Nursing or a related field.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years in research and evaluation, including project design and implementation. Proven experience in both quantitative and qualitative research methods. Familiarity with common research software such as SPSS and NVivo Proven skills in translating finings into actionable insights or recommendations. Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration within interdisciplinary teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Ph.D. in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Expertise in implementation science. Prior experience in health research and evaluation, with a focus on cancer care Familiarity with the healthcare environment, preferably in Alberta. Prior experience or contributions in peer-reviewed publications. Demonstrated leadership abilities, particularly in guiding junior researchers or team members. Experience in grant writing or funding proposal development.
