Minimum Bachelor’s degree in health science, social science or other related fields (a Master’s degree is an asset). One-three years of applied experience in evaluation and/or research. Experience in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and SPSS software is required. Formal training in evaluation design and/or research methods and data analysis. Experience in literature searches and/or reviews.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Proficient written and verbal communication skills is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work both independently and as a team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with NVivo qualitative analysis software is an asset.
