Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree. 1 - 3 years of previous staff scheduling experience; ESP (Environment for Scheduling Personnel) software experience preferred. 1 - 3 years of data/information management, interpretation and analysis. 1 - 3 years of experience working with workforce analytics. Previous experience working in a diverse, complex health organization. Knowledge of and experience in project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. Demonstrated advanced skills in MS Excel and Oracle SQL (eManager). Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills to produce reports and communicate with clients from across the organization.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience in screening, cleaning, linking, creating, modifying, validating, and analyzing large data sets in a statistical or database-management software. Experience in coordinating research, complex data analysis and/or interpretation, evaluation methodologies, and developing formal reports. Ability to develop and facilitate presentations to clearly convey information or transfer knowledge.


Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams is an asset. Experience with macros, stored procedures and statistical applications is an asset.
