Completion of an accredited Psychiatric nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Alberta (CRPNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience with the child, family, and youth population required. Open to RN/RPN candidates.
Preferred Qualifications:Preferred 5 years experience working with the child and adolescent population including the use of the DSM-V. Interest in program development and taking initiative in a new program is considered an asset. Critical thinking skills are required daily in this position. An ability to work independently and part of as team as necessary.
