Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Preferred Qualifications:2 years acute care Neuroscience/Medical experience in the last 5 years. Central Line Certification. Previous experience mentoring or preceptoring new staff and/or students. Patient teaching experience (both written and verbal). It’s Your Move training. Recent SCM training and proficiency. N95 fit test. Previous experience with working groups and quality improvement initiatives within the last 2 years. AIW fundamentals training.
