Masters’ degree in health related discipline or equivalent experience. Three (3) years of Clinical experience in a Continuing Care environment (CCH Type A or Type B, or Home and Community Care). Qualified interRAI Assessor in Alberta (compliance with education and exam requirements) Strong understanding/experience with interRAI suite of instruments (interRAI LTCF/interRAI Home Care, RAI MDS 2.0, Contact Assessment).

Preferred Qualifications:Health professional as per Health Professions Act. Proven ability to foster relationships and partnerships with highly complex internal and external stakeholders. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment while conforming to shifting priorities, demands and timelines. Notable certifications: Change Mgt, Project Mgt, Lean Six Sigma or equivalent, Gerontology Certificate, Leadership Certification (ex: LEADS).
