Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education in business administration, communications, healthcare administration, health information or related education. At least three years’ experience in a referral processing role in an ambulatory, outpatient, or primary care setting. Extensive medical terminology knowledge and a solid understanding of the health system in Alberta. A combination of education, skills and experience may be considered. Additional Required Qualifications:

This role requires excellent communication skills, customer service experience, presentation skills, meticulous attention to detail, problem solving skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, familiarity with computer operating systems, stakeholder management systems and database technology.
