Completion of doctoral degree in Psychology in an applied area relevant to the practice setting from a Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) or American Psychological Association (APA) program. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Active or eligible for registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 10 years clinical experience in related area. Evidence of demonstrated leadership experience in strategic planning, leading change and evaluation. Demonstrated knowledge and engagement in the discipline related to best and leading practices, governance, legislation, ethics, current issues and trends. Demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.
Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to guide and lead teams, build partnerships and foster effective relationships. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and address or resolve complex issues and practice concerns. Demonstrated ability to facilitate change within a complex health care environment.
