Completion of doctoral degree in Psychology in an applied area relevant to the practice setting from a Canadian Psychological Association (CPA) or American Psychological Association (APA) program. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Active or eligible for registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years experience completing court-ordered assessments for youth. First Aid/BLS, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, and Suicide Prevention training are all required. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience working with youth.
Preferred Qualifications:Preference given to candidates with experience completion Section 34 assessments under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
