Completion of Grade 12. A combination of education and experience satisfactory to the employer will also be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of working in Addictions and Mental health (acute or community). Understanding of mental health disorders. Understanding and application of trauma informed care. Understanding and application of patient and family centered care. Effective and strong communication skills. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Ability to maintain a respectful and professional relationship with team members, patients, family and all stakeholders. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024. Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with individuals with Intellectual and developmental disabilities. Post-secondary education. NVCI.
