Baccalaureate degree.
Additional Required Qualifications:1-3 years of data/information management and interpretation/analysis of workforce analytics. Experience working in a diverse, complex health organization, in project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. Advanced skills in MS Excel and Oracle SQL (eManager). Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills to produce reports and communicate with clients from across the organization. Experience in coordinating research, complex data analysis and/or interpretation, evaluation methodologies, and developing formal reports. Ability to develop and facilitate presentations to clearly convey information or transfer knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:1-3 years of previous staff scheduling experience; ESP (Environment for Scheduling Personnel) software experience preferred. Experience with macros, stored procedures and statistical applications is an asset. Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams is an asset.
