Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Active or eligible for appointment as a Community Peace Officer II by the Alberta Solicitor General.

Additional Qualifications:

Must have a valid Alberta Health Services Community Peace Officer II Appointment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Post secondary education in policing, law enforcement an asset. Will have 2 or more years of experience with AHS Protective Services. WHMIS training preferred. Demonstrate ability for self-development and continued learning. Physical exertion required with lifting, pushing, pulling, restraining, and standing for long periods of time. The preferred candidate will have ran the P.A.R.E with a time of 4:45 or less.
