Master's Level Degree – clinical or MBA, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Adult Learning Certificate. 5 years leadership/management experience with innovation initiatives. Experience with innovation and entrepreneurship. Education content delivery, facilitation and engagement expertise.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Advanced communication, presentation and facilitation skills, including the proven ability to craft concise, effective, accurate and well-written reports for a variety of audiences. Excellent problem-solving abilities with the ability to transfer ideas, concepts and information into effective strategies. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives with changing and competing deadlines. Ability to make decisions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a focus on balancing competing requirements and ensuring service is delivered accordingly. Proven ability to effectively handle sensitive information using discretion. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently on complex projects. Ability to synthesize and summarize data to inform initiative development and develop business cases for new projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
Evidence-based Decision Making, Innovation initiatives, Health Economics and Financial Management, Decision Intelligence, Project Management, Change Management, Group Facilitation.
