Baccalaureate Degree in a health related field required; Master’s Degree preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience working within a health care setting; acute/ambulatory setting preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience launching and overseeing health research studies, ideally in the cancer setting. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills.
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:Strong track record establishing and maintaining effective collaborative working relationships. Experience with Northern Alberta Clinical Trials + Research Centre's (NACTRC) ENCAPS system. Experience with the Institutional Research Information Services Solution (IRISS) ethics online system. Familiarity with research documents (i.e. research protocols, data transfer agreements, confidential disclosure agreements, etc.). Experience developing project budgets and tracking expenses.
