Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate Degree in a health-related field required with 3+ years of practical working experience in clinical trials. Familiarity with complex software systems with demonstrated ability of troubleshoot issues, test processes and support and train users. Direct experience with online database systems including OnCore CTMS. Knowledgeable in the use of information technology; proficient computer skills. Able to use effective presentation skills to teach groups. Experience in Project management and change management, including identifying and implementing process improvements.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Effective professional communicator with strong independent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Attention to detail and excellent tracking skills with demonstrated track record in establishing and maintaining effective collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability in task ownership and solution-oriented work approach. Experience presenting/training in a group or individual setting. Excellent analytical and evidence-based decision-making skills. Extensive knowledge in Excel and computer programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Project management (AHS AIW certification or equivalent). Good Clinical Practice preferred, Experience in application administration and software implementation preferred.
