Required Qualifications:

Masters degree in business administration, adult education, health care profession, or related field.


Additional Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of progressive and related project management experience. Understands healthcare and the interdependencies of patient care, clinical practice, and operations. Knowledge and demonstrated application of systems thinking, change management and leadership strategies. Broad experience in facilitation/coordination of project planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation. Experience managing and integrating complex healthcare data with system design work. Experience working in innovation, quality and safety initiatives within a health care organization of significant size, complexity and diversity.


Preferred Qualifications:

Project management and/or quality improvement certification/designations are an asset, such as Project Management Professional, Lean, Six Sigma, or PROSCI. Experience with cancer projects and/or stakeholders. Uses extensive clinical informatics expertise for: Complex data analysis and interpretation. Delivering benefits realization strategy. Designing reports to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
