Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in coordinating projects, which drive significant organization change in a complex decision making environment. Demonstrated ability to manage/oversee multiple projects concurrently. Ability to produce accurate and complete documentation of the project including status reporting activities and project planning documents. Ability to record, analyze and interpret complex data, and evaluate methodologies. Demonstrated ability to maintain and coordinate project scope, timelines, tasks and deliverables. Current knowledge of the continuum of health services. Systems thinking approach to program and project management. Creative, flexible, well-organized. Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently within a large organization with a variety of staffing groups. Demonstrated ability to facilitate change and lead others through change management. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment while conforming to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities. Critical thinking and judgement skills.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline. Minimum 5 years’ of education related experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Knowledge of AHS Clinical Informatic Systems.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Connect Care implementation or implementation of a system of similar size and scope.
