Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, management, business administration or related area degree in a relevant field; master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in workforce reporting, data management, and analytics. Proficiency in workforce systems, data analysis and reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, etc.). Strong leadership and project management skills (project management certificate preferred). Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. enter information in this field.
