A Baccalaureate degree in a healthcare profession, health administration, business administration or a related discipline is required. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in management and operational roles in a healthcare organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated proven track record of successful leadership in a health care operations environment with previous continuing care experience preferred.
Additional Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a graduate degree in health care management, business administration or a related health care field preferred. Equivalencies of education and experience will be considered. Progressive leadership experience in a healthcare environment, including a minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role in clinical services or healthcare operations. Proven leadership, strategic and team-building skills including the ability to build consensus and support around common goals. Exceptional project management skills and ability to balance competing priorities, complex situations and tight deadlines in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a related Health Sciences field is an asset.
