Required Qualifications:

A Degree in Healthcare, Immunology or related specializations. Healthcare or Research Leadership experience in planning, coordination, implementation, reporting as well as monitoring and evaluation.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Expertise communicating and networking with a range of audiences and stakeholders both verbally and written (executive, research, healthcare operations, ministries, private business etc.). Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities. Commitment and experience in building teams towards a common purpose, utilizing change management principles through collaborative practice. Proven ability to foster partnerships and to achieve organizational goals within a large, diverse organization and an ability to build solid, effective relationships with public agencies, philanthropic organizations, committees and other key stakeholders. Successful record of achievement as a leader, including extensive experience in directing and using influence to guide large groups of people who have a diverse range of functions. Knowledge, practical experience and success in the application of conflict resolution strategies business planning, modeling concepts, and program management theories, principles and practices. Effective communicator both written and verbal with strong organizational skills, client focused orientation and commitment to providing long term quality services. Experience managing change and creating/facilitating innovative solutions for complex and diverse issues (project/programs). Ability to continually analyze effectiveness of strategies as well as implement quality and process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters Degree in Healthcare, Administration, Business or related disciplines. Direct Experience in Cancer Care and/or Cancer research. Oncology program leadership experience. Experience with Cellular Therapy programs. Experience creating and implementing strategic healthcare or research program roadmaps and evaluation processes. Certifications and/or training in project management, change management, PROSCI, Leadership or related.
